1.1 These terms and conditions apply to any individuals who receive and/or participate in products and services offered by 2BEEZ and/or any companies within the 2BEEZ group, its franchises, or selected partners providing services or products on behalf of 2BEEZ through 2BEEZ or directly.
1.2 In these terms and conditions, 2BEEZ shall be referred to hereinafter as “2BEEZ”, “we”, “our”, or “us”.
1.3 Students, adult(s) responsible for the care of a minor, and any other individuals receiving and/or participating in products and services outlined in section 1.1 will be referred to as “you”, your, “student”, or “recipient”.
2 Financial arrangements
2.1 The prices for our courses, along with the schedule and duration shall be provided on our website, in addition to promotional material and resources provided by us. Pricing displayed on our website will be deemed the most recent version, excepting any validated discounts within their stated expiry date.
2.2 2BEEZ reserves the right to invalidate any discount or withdraw any discounts offered for our products and/or services without notice prior to their stated expiry date.
2.3 Successful payment or transfer of funds for the first month of enrolment will constitute your acceptance of the application terms and conditions.
2.4 We will provide you with a receipt of payment for all payments received as enrolment, deposit, or any other product or service transaction.
2.5 Our payments are managed by GoCardless.
2.5.1 Payments are required to be received at least two weeks prior to the first lesson of each term for which the student is enrolled.
2.5.2 If an arrangement for payment by instalments has been agreed, payments must be received prior to the first enrolled lesson of each month in accordance with the agreed instalment payment schedule.
2.5.3 Students who attend a 2BEEZ academy for a two-week trial period will not enrol until their third week of the first month upon receipt of advance payment for the full month minus the trial period charge.
2.5.4 All subscription payments for enrolment must be paid in full to GoCardless.
18.104.22.168 Failure to make a payment during the contracted enrolment period will result in our appointed finance company being appointed to act on our behalf to facilitate the recovery of any outstanding payment amounts due and may recover this amount under their company name.
22.214.171.124 If there is no good cause for the failure to pay, our finance company may charge you an administration fee of £25 to cover a reasonable estimate of administration costs they will have incurred to handle the recovery of the outstanding payment amounts.
126.96.36.199 If you are charged an administration fee in accordance with section 188.8.131.52, this amount will be appended to your next payment due.
2.5.5 Student subscription payments are still due in full if a student is absent from one or more lessons.
2.5.6 A minimum of 4 weeks’ notice must be provided for any pre-planned holiday absence.
184.108.40.206 Pre-planned holiday absences will only be accepted for a total of no more than two consecutive sessions and/or a total of no more than three sessions within a single term.
2.6 Prices for our lessons will be reviewed annually.
2.7 Payment received for enrolment at the start of any term will be considered a contractual acceptance of the terms and enrolment for that term.
3 Academy Enrolment
3.1 Lessons occur on a weekly basis in accordance with the schedule provided on our website at www.2BEEZ.co.uk ,the timetable may vary in accordance to the schedule of the specific academy.
3.2 Students are enrolled on a term basis
3.2.1 For the purposes of the Terms and Conditions, a term will be considered a three month period containing 12 weekly sessions.
3.2.2 Where a student has enrolled following a two-week trial, the term will be backdated to begin at the start of the two-week trial.
3.2.3 Students will need to sign their acceptance of the terms and conditions at the start of their two-week trial.
3.3 If a student wishes to cancel their enrolment, this must be submitted via our cancellation form on our website at www.2BEEZ.co.uk with one month’s notice.
3.3.1 When a cancellation form is submitted, the subscription contract will expire at the end of the notice period.
4.2 2BEEZ reserves the right to use and/or adapt any photography or video footage of students or other individuals participating in any 2BEEZ service for marketing purposes throughout our network unless expressly stated by the parent/guardian in the signed contract.
4.2.1 The rights expressed in section 4.2 extend beyond the durations for which students remain enrolled in a 2BEEZ academy or participate in any 2BEEZ service for any photography or video footage obtained whilst the student or other individuals participated in any 2BEEZ service.
4.3 2BEEZ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Payments received for products and services offered by 2BEEZ and/or our selected partners will constitute a contractual acceptance of these terms.
4.3.1 The terms and conditions on our website at www.2BEEZ.co.uk will be considered the most recent version.
5.1 The liability of 2BEEZ and that of its staff or selected partners is restricted to class time while students are solely within our care, and then only to gross negligence.
5.2 2BEEZ will not accept any responsibility for valuables brought into lessons or brought to any events held, organised and/or offered by 2BEEZ. It is recommended that valuables are not brought to classes and/or events.
5.3 2BEEZ will not accept any responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged in lessons and/or events.
6.1 Bullying will not be tolerated
6.2 Inappropriate language or communication with other students, staff and/or any selected partners providing products and/or services for or on behalf of 2BEEZ will not be tolerated.
6.3 Students should not eat or drink (except water, squash, or juice from an enclosed bottle/container) during lessons except when required medically and authorised by a parent or guardian in writing.
6.3.1 We recommend that students bring their own water bottles with water, squash or juice to sessions in order to stay hydrated.
6.3.2 No canned or fizzy drinks are allowed on the premises at any time.
6.4 Chewing gum or other similar substances is not allowed in lessons.
6.5 Students are expected to adhere to all policies, etiquette, behaviour guidelines, health and safety advisories, and instructions provided by the teacher, principal, or any other 2BEEZ staff member or third-party provider engaged in the delivery of services on behalf of 2BEEZ, whilst under our care and responsibility.
6.6 Students should not use mobile phones or any other portable electronic communications device in lessons. All devices should be switched off or turned to silent.
6.7 Failure to adhere to these behaviour standards may result in the student being removed from the class for the remainder of the session.
