2Beez Talent Agency represents selected young performers after observing and assessing them within 2Beez Performing Arts Academy. We look for talent, potential, commitment, professionalism, and casting promise when selecting performers for professional representation.

Once represented, we build and maintain an accurate casting profile, assess professional casting briefs, and put the Performer forward only where their age, look, skills, location, availability, and professional suitability fit the requirement. We seek suitable opportunities across stage, television, film, commercials, voice, digital, live, and related performance work.

What happens behind the spotlight?

Who can be considered for 2Beez Talent Agency?

2Beez Talent Agency selects performers after observing and assessing them within 2Beez Performing Arts Academy. Selection is based on the talent, potential, commitment, professionalism, and casting promise the Agency looks for when choosing performers for professional representation.

What does a talent agency actually do?

2Beez represents selected performers professionally, builds and maintains accurate casting profiles, assesses casting briefs, submits where professionally suitable, communicates with casting and production teams, provides professional guidance, negotiates represented work, and protects the Performer’s professional interests.

Does being submitted guarantee an audition or role?

No. Casting decisions are made by productions and casting teams. 2Beez submits where a Performer is professionally suitable, but no agency can guarantee auditions, bookings, or earnings.

Are professional headshots and Spotlight required?

Yes. 2Beez requires a minimum of three professional headshots and three professional full-body images. Spotlight is used for Agency submissions and must be kept active following the Agency invitation. The Spotlight subscription is maintained by the Signatory and is separate from Agency commission. Proposed photographs and professional profile changes should be sent through 2Beez for approval.

How much notice might we receive?

Casting deadlines can be short. 2Beez sends the available details, deadline, and instructions when casting requests an audition or self-tape, so families should check messages regularly and acknowledge professional requests promptly.

Can professional auditions affect school?

Yes. School commitments, exams, attendance restrictions, travel, and professional work can affect availability and child-performance licensing. Productions or local authorities may require school information, permission, education arrangements, and appropriate supervision by a parent/legal guardian or licensed chaperone. Families should follow the Agency and production instructions for each engagement.

What commission does 2Beez Talent Agency charge?

Agency commission is 25% of applicable Gross Professional Earnings under the signed Performer Representation & Management Agreement. Spotlight subscription costs are separate from Agency commission.

What happens if casting invites the Performer to audition?

Once 2Beez has recommended or submitted a Performer for a suitable opportunity and casting invites them to audition by self-tape, live online, or in person, the invitation is a professional commitment. If a genuine issue prevents participation, contact 2Beez immediately so the Agency can respond appropriately.
